Provisional Patent Application of Thomas E. Bearden METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR CONDITIONING ELECTROMAGNETIC POTENTIALS, FIELDS, AND WAVES TO TREAT AND ALTER MATTER Inventor: Name Thomas E. Bearden, Ph.D. In another aspect, the apparatus of Fig. 18 may be used to hasten the decay of long-lived and dangerous radioactive isotopes. A further discussion will explain the particular mechanisms involved in modifying the decay rates of nuclear materials. Nuclear physics models assume that, within a heavy slow-decaying nucleus, there are α particles that “rattle around” a very large number of times before spontaneously tunneling through the surface and escaping, to provide α decay. For the long-lived decay of 238U, e.g., the α particle must present itself at the barrier some 1038 times before it succeeds in tunneling through. Hence an α-decay will likely occur on the average of once every 4 billion years! The disintegration energy of this long-lived 238U nucleus is 4.25 MeV. However, the transmission coefficient of a barrier is very sensitive to small changes in the total energy of the particle seeking to penetrate it. www.cheniere.org/patent%20application/claim.htm#nuclear

Did the Dimona Dozen murder the Fukushima 50?. Fukushima may in fact have been caused by an act of war under the cover of an environmental disaster. Stuxnet was designed specifically to target Siemens SCADA controllers and is most effective at tampering with fluid control systems. The centrifuges it attacked in Iran were ideal. So are the fluid control systems at a nuclear facility. Oil refineries are equally at risk, Stuxnet is most dangerous when affecting a system which needs to control the flow of any liquid, be it hydraulic, for cooling, or combining chemicals. Stuxnet is documented to have been produced by the Israeli Defense Forces, for the purpose of destroying any industrial system that can be destroyed by improper fluid flow. Magna BSP, a Dimona based company with no history outside of IDF contracts prior to Fukushima has a suspiciously short domain history despite a 10 year claimed history. Magna BSP had a full time internet linked two way connection to the Fukushima reactor room(s) all the way through the disaster. They told TEPCO about that connection on March 15 (after everything blew sky high) via an article printed in the Jerusalem Post. Why did Manga BSP wait until everything was blown sky high to tell Tepco the data link existed, and then did not tell them face to face? www.jimstonefreelance.com/fukushima.htmlNEW INFO: Japan offered to enrich uranium for IRAN AND FOUR MONTHS LATER, THE DIMONA DOZEN SHOWED UP WITH A REALLY FANCY CAMERA [Magna BSP'S "owl."] Stuxnet is documented to have been produced by the Israeli Defense Forces, for the purpose of destroying any industrial system that can be destroyed by improper fluid flow. Who Will Take the Radioactive Rods from Fukushima? Global Research, May 31, 2011 The decommissioning of the Fukushima 1 nuclear plant is delayed by a single problem: Where to dispose of the uranium fuel rods? Many of those rods are extremely radioactive and partially melted, and some contain highly lethal plutonium. Besides the fissile fuel inside the plant's six reactors, more than 7 tons of spent rods have to be removed to a permanent storage site before workers can bury the Fukushima facility under concrete. The rods cannot be permanently stored in Japan because the country's new waste storage centers on the northeast tip of Honshu are built on unsuitable land. The floors of the Rokkasho reprocessing facility and Mutsu storage unit are cracked from uneven sinking into the boggy soil. www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=25064

Ongoing Nuclear Crisis in Japan: TEPCO Finally Admits Stabilizing Reactors by 2012 impossible May 30, 2011 Tokyo Electric Power Co. (9501.TO) is coming to the view that it will be impossible to stabilize the crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant by the end of this year, possibly affecting the timing for the government to consider the return of evacuees to their homes near the plant, Kyodo News reported, citing senior company officials. The revelation that meltdowns had occurred at the Nos. 1 to 3 reactors at the plant, most likely with breaches to pressure vessels encasing nuclear fuel, has led the officials to believe that "there will be a major delay to work" to contain the situation, one of them said. www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=25058

The toughest part of this visualisation is really understanding what the numbers mean and what impact they have on human health. The first step to this process is standardising the units of measurement, as the crowd-sourced measurements and visualisations may use a number of representations. Units here are in µSv/h (or microSieverts) and we’ve been hearing CNN and NHK World refer to the unit Milisieverts (1 miliSievert = 1000 microSieverts). I also urge other mappers out there to use the µSv/h unit, so we speak a common language. blog.failedrobot.com/?p=199

CNN's John King interviews Arnie Gundersen about the Hot Particles discovered in Japan and the US. vimeo.com/24803980CNN's John King and Arnie Gundersen discuss "hot particles" detected in Seattle and Japan, the cozy relationship between Japanese regulator NISA (Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency) and plant owner TEPCO, and changes at the Fukushima accident site since March. John King and Arnie Gundersen also discuss how TEPCO's acknowledgement today of another error in calculating radiation dose more than doubles the amount of radioactivity to which people in the Northern Hemisphere have been exposed. Full meltdowns at 3 reactors. Gundersen: “Well, the radiation initially comes out as a big cloud of gases, and that’s what you can measure with a Geiger counter. But now what we’re finding are these things called ‘hot particles,’ and in the industry we call them ‘fuel fleas,’ because they’re incredibly small, smaller than the thickness of your hair. In Tokyo in April, measurements indicate that there’s about 10 hot particles per day in what a normal person would breathe. And it’s interesting because in Seattle it didn’t go down much. It was about five particles a day, because most of the time, as we talked about in April, the wind was blowing toward the West Coast. That’s why we were warning to wash your lettuce and things like that. Now what that means is that these hot particles can lodge in your lung or in your digestive tract or in your bone and over time, cause a cancer. But they’re way too small to be picked up on a large radiation detector.” So should people on the West Coast be worried? Gundersen: “Well, the average person breathes in about 10 cubic meters a day, and the filters out there for April show that they were breathing in, per day, about five particles. Now these are charged, which is why we call them ‘fuel fleas,’ too, and they latch onto lung tissue. I’m still advising my friends to wash all of your vegetables to make sure you can get it off. But short of that, we’re at a point now where you just can’t run from the particles that are still in the air.” Summary of the “Report of Japanese Government to the IAEA Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Safety – The Accident at TEPCO’s Fukushima Nuclear Power Stations”: www.yomiuri.co.jp/dy/national/T110609002555.htm________________________________ Japan: Nuclear crisis worse than we thought By AP News Jun 08, 2011 12:09PM UTC The report said the “inadequate” basic reactor design — the Mark-1 model developed by General Electric — included the venting system for the containment vessels and the location of spent fuel cooling pools high in the buildings, which resulted in leaks of radioactive water that hampered repair work. asiancorrespondent.com/56923/japan-nuclear-crisis-worse-than-we-thought/_________________________________ Fukushima may render Japan Uninhabitable 6/9/11 www.youtube.com/watch?v=W71r-JubHE8_________________________________ Worse than meltdown, government report says devastating 'melt-through' has occurred at Fukushima; Official suggests Japan could become 'uninhabitable' - Thursday, 09 June 2011 thealphanews.com/news-articles/earth-disaster-geo/japan-disaster/928-worse-than-meltdown-government-report-says-devastating-melt-through-has-occurred-at-fukushima-official-suggests-japan-could-become-uninhabitable

Radiation Levels In Reactor One Spike At 261 Sv Per Hour - Indications of Ongoing Criticality Sunday, June 12, 2011 The radiation levels in Reactor 1 Drywell has spiked to a new record high 261 Sv/hr. This is a sign of pretty consistent criticality in the reactor. The corium has breached the core containment, and is releasing radiation without TEPCO acknowledging the implications of this constant criticality. The pressure level in Reactor 1 has dropped to atmospheric levels, indicating the breach in containment. news.lucaswhitefieldhixson.com/2011/06/radiation-levels-in-reactor-one-spike.html
